Tony Caselle

Tony Caselle serves as Chief of Staff at Reimagine Development Partners (“RDP”), where he helps lead deal execution, internal operations, and strategic initiatives across the firm. In his role, Tony works across transactions, investor relations, sponsor coordination, transaction management, and organizational planning. He helps ensure the company and its initiatives operate efficiently while remaining aligned with the firm’s broader mission and long-term goals.

Tony joined RDP in 2023 as part of the firm’s first cohort of employees and has since played a central role in building its underwriting and transaction processes, supporting a national pipeline of projects across a range of markets and asset types.

Tony brings a background in real estate finance and community development. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate from Tulane University’s School of Architecture and the Built Environment, with a concentration in Sustainable Real Estate Development and a minor in Design. He is also active in New Orleans’ civic and economic development initiatives, including the Committee for a Better New Orleans, where he has helped support programming focused on the local economy and community investment.
