Reimagine Development Partners

Marissa Brown is the Transactions Specialist at Reimagine Development Partners (“RDP”), where she supports the underwriting, structuring, and closing of historic tax credit investments across the firm’s national project portfolio. She assists in evaluating investment opportunities, analyzing project feasibility, coordinating due diligence, and supporting transactions from initial underwriting through financial closing.

Prior to joining RDP in 2025, Marissa worked in residential real estate, property management, and renewable energy development, providing a foundation in project execution and community-focused development initiatives.

Marissa holds a Master of Sustainable Real Estate Development from Tulane University’s School of Architecture and the Built Environment, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Dance with a minor in History. Based in New Orleans, she is passionate about historic preservation, adaptive reuse, and impact-driven real estate development.
