Located along Holyoke's historic High Street corridor, Wrights Block restores four interconnected nineteenth-century commercial buildings into a mixed-use development featuring 19 apartments above active retail space. The project combines market-rate and affordable housing while preserving one of downtown Holyoke's defining historic properties. Developed by Urbanist Development, the rehabilitation builds upon existing commercial investment and supports continued growth along the city's historic core, demonstrating how Historic Tax Credits can unlock complex urban redevelopment projects.
