The former Coca-Cola Bottling Plant in Gadsden, Alabama was transformed into a dynamic mixed-use destination combining Class A office space with a new event venue. Originally constructed in 1920, the multi-building campus preserves an important industrial landmark while introducing modern commercial uses that support continued economic growth in downtown Gadsden. Led by Lathan Development, the phased rehabilitation demonstrates how historic industrial buildings can be repositioned for today's market while Historic Tax Credit financing helps make large-scale adaptive reuse financially feasible.
