Originally constructed in 1894, Canfield Manor is a historic building in Detroit's Midtown neighborhood. The structure was restored into eight residential units in 2025. Led by an experienced Detroit-based developer with a track record of successful historic rehabilitations, the project preserves an important piece of the city's architectural heritage while adding thoughtfully renovated housing in one of Detroit's fastest-growing neighborhoods. Historic Tax Credit equity helps complete the capital stack, allowing the project to reach the finish line and return a long-underutilized property to productive residential use.
