Originally constructed in 1926, the Aurora Bank Building was redeveloped into a mixed-use destination that blends historic commercial space with new downtown housing. The eight-story landmark will continue to serve existing commercial tenants on its lower floors while introducing 30 new residential apartments above, bringing additional residents to the heart of downtown Aurora. Led by Aurora-based JH Real Estate Partners, the project builds on the team's successful track record of restoring nearby historic properties and reflects the continued momentum of downtown revitalization.
